Shipping Policy

Local Shipping – South Africa Only
The Cardsmith currently ships within South Africa. All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

Delivery Options
You can choose your preferred delivery method at checkout:

Pudo Lockers (The Courier Guy)
- Convenient, self-service pickup from your nearest Pudo locker.
- You will receive a PIN via SMS/email when your parcel is ready for collection.
- Please collect within the time limit stated in your notification to avoid return of the parcel.
The Courier Guy – Door-to-Door Delivery
- Delivered to your chosen address (home or business).
- Someone must be available to receive and sign for the parcel during delivery hours.

Delivery Times

Main Centres: 2–4 working days
Outlying Areas: 3–7 working days
Delivery times may vary during peak seasons (e.g., Christmas) or due to courier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Calculated at checkout based on the delivery option selected and your location.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to follow your parcel’s progress.
